How do I pay for the items?
Payment is either by POSB/DBS ATM Machine Transfer , POSB/DBS Internet Banking Transfer OR PayPal Transfer.
How long does it take for Singpost to send me the item(s)?
Local: It usually takes 2 - 5 working days (excluding weekends/Public Holidays).
Overseas: 6-12 working days. (excluding weekends/Public Holidays).

Do you provide self collection delivery service?
Yes, we do. It is free of charge and is only available at 2 main MRT locations during weekends: Jurong East / Boon Lay

Does each accessories comes along with a free gift box ?
Nope. All your accessories will be bubbled wrapped and kept it nicely in a dustbag, then mailed out to you in an envelope.
However, if you would like to give as a gift, we do have 2 different gift boxes as shown below.

The bracelet does not fit me, I had given you the wrong measurement, can I do an exchange?
The bracelet does not fit me, you had sent me the wrong size, can I exchange for a new bracelet?
If it is due to our mistake, we will certainly make the exchange for you. We might need you to send us a snapshot of the bracelet taken against a ruler/measuring tape before sending the item back to us.1. Perspiration/Water/Chemical Agents
Do not forget to remove your fashion accessories when you are doing activity which may interact with perspiration, water and chemical agents. Exposing your fashion accessories to the above may dull your accessories.
2. Dust
Wearing your fashion accessories outdoor cause dust to stick onto it. It is recommended to wipe it off using soft towel or cloth.
3. Make-up
Put your fashion accessories ONLY AFTER you have applied your make-up, lotion and your hair products.
They contain chemical agents which may tarnish your accessories.
4. Storage
Keep your fashon accessories in low humidity environment separately. Do not stack them together and always avoid direct sunlight.
5. Cleaning
Do not ever use commercial solvents and water to clean your fashion accessories. It is good enough to wipe dirt using soft towel or cloth regularly.
